How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
We take immense care in securing each piece. Paintings are wrapped in acid-free archival paper, layered with protective bubble wrap, and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, ART GODA ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for original artworks?
We want you to love your new art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt. The piece must be returned in its original packaging and condition for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are the artworks ready to hang?
Most of our canvas paintings are sold stretched and ready to hang. However, some oversized works may be shipped rolled in a tube to ensure safety. Check the individual product description for specific framing and hanging details.
Does the artwork come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, every original piece purchased from ART GODA comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying the work's provenance and ensuring your investment is protected.
Can I request a custom commission?
Absolutely. Many of our artists accept commissions. Please contact our support team with your preferred dimensions and style, and we will facilitate the process between you and the artist.
